Thank you for shopping with Alex Heart.

ORDER PROCESSING

All physical orders are processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days of purchase. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, dispatch times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

SHIPPING RATES

We offer flat-rate shipping throughout New Zealand. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

DELIVERY TIMES

Once dispatched, delivery times will vary depending on your location and courier network demand. Most New Zealand deliveries arrive within a few business days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather events, public holidays, peak periods, or courier delays outside our control.

TRACKING

Orders are shipped via NZ Couriers.

Tracking information is not routinely provided. If you have concerns regarding the status of your order, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Digital products, including downloadable artwork, tattoo designs, and gift vouchers, are delivered electronically and are not subject to shipping charges.

Please ensure the email address provided at checkout is accurate. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect contact information supplied by the customer.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.

LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS

If your order arrives damaged or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at [your email address].

While we will work with NZ Couriers to investigate shipping issues, we cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement until the courier’s investigation has been completed.
