RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Due to the made-to-order, limited-run, and/or custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at helloalexheart@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If we determine that the item is faulty or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund as appropriate.

Custom and Commissioned Products

Custom-made, personalised, commissioned, or tattoo-design-related products are non-refundable and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Digital Products and Tattoos

Due to the nature of digital products and Tattoos, all digital downloads and Tattoos are non-refundable once delivered.

Shipping

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs processing, incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers, or circumstances outside our control.

Consumer Guarantees

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, where applicable.
